Raise your Vibration – 5 simple things to attract daily positivity…

ENERGY IS ALWAYS IN MOTION

  1.  Charge your “battery” daily by getting out into the sunshine when you can, or in the northern hemisphere a blue light can be beneficial.  Hydrate!  Drink your 8 glasses of water.  Get grounded – get outside, hug a tree or meditate – I can’t stress how important this is.  JUST BREATHE – nice deep inhales and exhales will lower your stress and anxiety levels very quickly
  2. Seek out your “tribe”, your community.  Be in partnership with those who charge your “battery” rather than drain it.
  3. Choose to live in high vibration by being in Gratitude, daily
  4. Make high vibrational food choices based on the saying “Eat to live”, not live to eat
  5. Extract out the tough stuff and take a look at what you learned from it.
