Relax your mind, body and soul in this treatment. Perhaps imagine that you are in a green forest, under a warm waterfall. Afterwards, curl up in bed, cozy up under the covers with a window open for fresh air and while getting some well-deserved TLC!!!

1 C Epsom Salts
2 drops Pine EO
2 drops Ravensara EO

Epsom Salts contain magnesium sulfate. When absorbed through the skin, such as in a hot bath, it draws toxins from the body, sedates the nervous system, reduces swelling, relaxes muscles, and is a natural exfoliate.

Pine EO smells like the woods. The Latin name means ‘forest.’ Pine belongs to a family of evergreens. Pine oil is beneficial for respiratory ailments.  In aromatherapy, pine essential oil is often used in saunas, baths and massage for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect on stressed muscles.

Ravensara EO has strong anti-viral properties. It helps open the respiratory tract clogged by mucus or irritated due to allergens. Ravensara is also a powerful immune booster, lymphatic decongestant and can relieve even mild asthmatic symptoms.
