ENERGY IS ALWAYS IN MOTION
- Charge your “battery” daily by getting out into the sunshine when you can, or in the northern hemisphere a blue light can be beneficial. Hydrate! Drink your 8 glasses of water. Get grounded – get outside, hug a tree or meditate – I can’t stress how important this is. JUST BREATHE – nice deep inhales and exhales will lower your stress and anxiety levels very quickly
- Seek out your “tribe”, your community. Be in partnership with those who charge your “battery” rather than drain it.
- Choose to live in high vibration by being in Gratitude, daily
- Make high vibrational food choices based on the saying “Eat to live”, not live to eat
- Extract out the tough stuff and take a look at what you learned from it.
