This amazing treatment will start with some gentle drumming slightly above the body followed by a normal hands-on Reiki treatment to ensure you feel balanced and grounded.
During your session you will lie down comfortably and I will drum and support you in your healing process. Reiki Drum Healing is holistic, working on mind, body, spirit and can be received for any illness, dis-ease or trauma you are experiencing. Reiki Drum is a sound and energy therapy and is a great energetic workout for the body, and offers cellular healing, raising your vibration and the vibratory rate of your cells.
Then various singing bowls are placed on and around the body. After the singing bowls, I use specific tuning forks to balance your seven main chakras, which are energy points of the body. Your session will be smoothed and eased with a Rain Stick and Song Pods.
Sessions include a relaxing atmosphere, lying back in a comfortable room setting. This gives the mind and body a space to settle, relax, and surrender into allowing oneself to receive. The drumming is followed by normal hands-on Reiki to help further integrate the healing which has begun through the powerful rhythms of the drum.
Sweeping techniques are then used to sweep off released stress and tensions. Sound, it’s all around you!
