They are potent, concentrated plant medicine that I use daily, multiple times per day to promote health emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually! They have many, wonderful uses but here, I want to put the focus on the ability to shift emotions instantly.
I want to make a very important note about quality of essential oils. When you use this medicine with a specific result or goal in mind, it is critical to use oils of the highest quality.
My favorite company is Young Living. They are by far some the highest quality oils I have found anywhere. Many of the plants are grown on one of the company’s organic, biodynamic farms around the globe, and distilled using specific methods that ensure purity, potency and efficacy of each individual oil.
When you simply buy any old essential oil at the health food store, the purity and source cannot be guaranteed, and often these oils are diluted or “extended”. What ends up happening is that the desired outcome or effect is not achieved, and that is just frustrating and disheartening.
I have found that when I’ve paid for purity and potency, a tiny bit goes a long way, and I get to enjoy the profound healing of just one bottle for many years.
