Kids are back in school, the bugs and virus’ are flying!
Try this remedy all year round, but if you are close to entering the Fall and Winter, you’ll want to definitely check it out!
~ Teapot and Strainer (or a regular old pot will do)
~ 2.5 cups of water
~ 2 slices of lemon
~ 1 garlic clove (sliced in half)
~ 1 ” slice of ginger (sliced in half also)
~ 1 Nettle Tea Bag (available at Health Food Stores)
~ Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (only a pinch, it’s hot)
Add all above except Cayenne Pepper into strainer (or pot), boil water and pour over strainer and allow to sit for 10 minutes or more. Add Cayenne Pepper, stir and pour into a beautiful teacup and enjoy the benefits and nip that cold in the butt!
– Nettle is excellent for virus’, bacterial infections and respetory illness.
