Earthing, like its name, is all about connecting with the earth to achieve balance within. In our modern world it’s not always possible to get outside with our busy schedules but that doesn’t have to affect our ability to access natures benefits.
My goal in becoming an affiliate here at Earthing Canada is to provide quality products for the wellness community that helps strengthen, protect and ground each other and our families.

At the end of the day, mother nature is the best option. I AM grateful for all the Earthing products keeping mysef and my pets grounded in the winter months and days where we are unable to connect with our Earth Mother. It is my hope everyone can benefit from these products as much as I have.

EARTHING AND GROUNDING
I AM an Earth Momma. I love my outdoor time in nature. She is my healer in every way. Our earth mother teaches me much. How to be present, in alignment and in peace - so good for the nervous system.

Unfortunately living in Alberta brings months of cold, snow and ice and it's not always easy to be outdoors like I wish and these grounding mats, bed sheets and red light therapy have supported me through the long cold winters here.
​
I started with one mat years ago but ended up fighting off my dog to use it, so the original one is now hers and I purchased a second mat along with a sleep mat, which I love. I have my mat under my computer desk
